Participation at our regatta is easy.
Just inform us the crew size and whether a 3/4/5/ hut yacht is desired by email (book@ibizaregatta.com) or whatsapp (ph:+31651097756).
Do a downpayment in the height of 1 individual participation to obtain starting rights for the next edition (100% refundable until 01srt of August). For the fun, inform us your team name.
Confirmation of participation by particpants of last year with the same yacht and prices (with default conditions) as participated with is possible until 01 november. After that others are invited to book the yacht of their choice.
Until 01st of December a booking is made ultimately attractive. Booking is done with prices of 2023 and with 10% discount over all. After that 2024 prices will be used, discounts are non negotiable. This is accountable for new and former teams.
Starting rights are obtained by a downpayment ( in the height of individual participation (in 2024 € 2.750,-). This sum is 100% refundable without cancelation fees until 01st of Augus. In case of booking without haven chosen a yacht, the transfer date defines the priority to choose a yacht.
01st of January new prices are inserted, discounts are no longer aplicable and handling fees get doubled.
FULL IS FULL, 20 yachts is the maximum ammount of possible entries.
The closing date for entering the Ibiza Regatta through starting rights is 01st of april.
The yacht list is available In our webshop (http://www.ibizaregattashop.com/participate). Booking online is also possible to obtain the best yacht preferred.

The main key selectors for teams are: base location of yacht (Palma/Ibiza/Denia/Alicante/Valencia), size of the group and amount of huts (3/4/5).
